- We are running AmigaDos 1.3 on an A1000 with a GVP500-HD8.
- The GVP500-HD8 had been working flawlessly for years.
- It has just developed a bad habit.
-
- The setup works for an hour or two then fails and we get a software error
- requestor that results in a Guru 3.0023A5D8. This is while running only
- a clock and StarBlanker (as it has for years.) I think the Guru prefix
- is sometimes different.
-
- Sometimes we get a requestor with:
-
- GVP SCSI, Device; board 000 Ignored Status $42/68
-
- Would someone please interpet this for us? We would hate to loose this
- beloved setup. I hope it is software, but, it smells a lot like a
- hardware problem.
-
- Thanks.
